Required:
Milk — 4 tbsp
Sugar — 2 tbsp
Ghee — 1 cup
Semolina — half a cup
almonds — 1 tbsp
Color of yellow — a pinch

Pour a teaspoon of ghee into a small pan and lightly fry the almonds.
Then mix all the other ingredients mentioned above together in a heavy-bottomed pan and stir in the oven.
The ghee will separate when this mixture comes together slightly. Reduce heat to low and stir until the mixture is well combined, then add the roasted almonds.
It can be spread on a plate and sliced or served with a spoon.
Note: A cup size means 200 ml or 200 grams.
